Agile Coaching
At CLL Group, we have a agile coaching business model of training organizations and teams to in effect become self-coaching. We’ve determined that if we can coach with the goal to rapidly enable individuals within the company to take over this role, it’s a win-win for all.
Here is our job description for our Agile coaches. We begin this engagement with an Agile diagnostic health assessment, the results of which enable us to focus where the need is the greatest.

- Collaborates with teams, management peers and other functions to ensure understanding of shared responsibility and deliverables to ensure success relative to our Agile/Scrum development.
